FastField’s help centre: it’s essential to keep the app open until all images are successfully uploaded.

What does it cost?
Nothing to set up, and nothing until you decide to use it. Once you switch, our only fee is half of what you were paying for your form app, for twelve months, so your bill is cut in half. After that it’s gone, and the system is yours.
How can a full system take only 7 days?
What’s different for each business is the forms and the reports. Saving with no signal, the uploads, the report emails and the delivery into your systems work the same way for everyone, so the 7 days go on your forms, your reports and your setup.
Does it work on phones and desktops too?
Yes. The same system runs on desktops, tablets and phones. Your people install it from a link, and it updates itself.
What happens on days with no signal?
Your people fill in forms as normal. Each one is saved on the device, and they send once it’s back online. Photos go in pieces, so a weak signal never means starting a big upload over.
What if a device breaks before it sends?
Forms waiting to send stay on the device until they go. Like any app, a form that never left a device can’t be recovered if that device breaks or someone wipes its data. So the system always shows how many forms are waiting, and the side-by-side week tests exactly this before you switch.
Can it send our data to the system we already use?
If your system accepts data from outside, and most do, yes. We’ll tell you on the call, before you commit to anything.
Who changes the forms and reports?
Forms: we do. Tell us what to change, and we change it, so nobody in your office has to learn a form builder. Reports: both. We build your custom reports for you, and your report-building page lets your office build its own whenever it likes.
What happens after the first year?
The split ends, and the whole saving is yours. The system keeps running, it’s yours, and there’s nothing more to pay. There’s no plan to sign up for. If you want changes after that, we’ll quote each one in writing before we start, or anyone you hire can make them, because the code is yours.
Why only 4 builds a month?
Because every build gets our full attention for its 7 days, and for the week side by side after it. Four a month is what we can do properly, so that’s the limit.
What if we just don’t like it?
Then cancel, any time. No reason needed, nothing more is billed, and no hard feelings.
