Dream Software Come True Scholarship — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Dream Software Come True Scholarship (the “Scholarship”) offered by Custom Trade Workflows, LLC (“CTW” or “Sponsor”). By submitting an entry, the applying business (“Participant”) acknowledges acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Scholarship Overview
The Dream Software Come True Scholarship is a business-to-business (B2B) program designed to empower contractor companies to streamline their operations through automation and process optimization.
Through this program, CTW will provide:
- A 1-on-1 assessment of the company's largest bottlenecks
- Full design of the ideal solution for the business
- A detailed playbook on correctly hiring and directing personnel to implement the solution — including step-by-step instructions that qualified personnel can follow to achieve the company's “dream outcome.”
3. Application Timeline
- Application Opens: October 1, 2025
- Application Closes: November 30, 2025
- Winner Announcement: December 15, 2025
4. Eligibility Requirements
Eligible Participants must:
- Be a registered contractor business, subject to CTW discretion
- Have at least 30 employees
- Submit one valid entry via the official CTW web form before the closing date
- Designate a single employee representative to complete the entry on behalf of the business
Two total awards will be granted: one for the best submission and one referral-based scholarship, awarded to the entrant who referred the winning business, provided the referrer also submitted a valid entry before the deadline.
5. Award Details
Each winner will receive up to 40 hours of automation consulting services from CTW (the “Services”), valued at $9,000 USD. The Services must be scheduled and carried out within 14 days of the award announcement and completed within a maximum of seven (7) consecutive calendar days once begun. The winner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling time with CTW.
6. Confidentiality and Publicity
At the Winner's request, CTW will sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. CTW retains the right to share generalized or anonymized information about project outcomes for marketing or educational purposes without disclosing any proprietary business data or trade secrets.
7. Ownership of Deliverables
All materials, reports, and deliverables produced under the Scholarship are owned by the Winner. CTW retains a nonexclusive right to reference general results or anonymized outcomes for marketing and portfolio purposes.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an entry form and checking the acknowledgment box, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions on behalf of their business. Acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between CTW and the applying business.
9. Limitation of Liability
CTW's total liability under this Scholarship shall not exceed the fair market value of the awarded services ($9,000 USD). The Services are provided “as is” and without any warranty of outcome or commercial success.
10. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Anchorage, Alaska. All notices regarding disputes shall be directed to josh.thomas@customtradeworkflows.com.
11. Miscellaneous
- Modifications: CTW reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions prior to the application deadline.
- Severability: If any clause is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
- Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full understanding between CTW and the Participant.
